Web6.1 Guaranteed package This consists of a cash salary , albeit flexible,with compulsory benefits and allowances collapsed into a total guaranteed package. The guaranteed package is reviewed annually, and increases are effective 01 January each year. Annual increases are subject to Webthe Total Guaranteed or Total Cost to Institution remuneration package. Remuneration not included in the Total Guaranteed remuneration or Total cost to Institution package is not included in the determination of the Total Guaranteed Package. 5.
