WebI THINK they mean that, when held, an object can be rotated on one axis with the scroll wheel, on another axis if Alt (or Shift, i forget which) is held but there’s no way to rotate around the 3rd axis, UNLESS you use the Gizmo tool. It’s annoying to have to reach for the tool and iirc you actually can’t if you’re a player.
