Status shows unknown for 2 user
WebDec 31, 2024 · It shows the user and other users status unknown. For other users that user is shown Offline in Teams. This behavior is seen in Teams desktop client and web version also. This isn't user profile related problem since I've tried other profiles and accounts with the device and still the issue persist. So far I have: Uninstalled and reinstalled Teams WebMay 11, 2024 · Similar to the post above, except the application box "Register Teams as the chat app for office" was already checked. Teams --> Settings --> General --> Deselect or uncheck the box to the left of "Register Teams as the chat app for office" and then re-select/recheck the same box.
