So i tried a couple of skirmishes against AI, in 2 out of 3 cases the AI didn't move half of theyr army. One time against bretonnia the cavalry just stood still until i attacked it. The other time against dwarves the ranged units didn't even try to shoot and just waited for me to engage melee on them.
WebbOne, guard mode is on by default in the gameplay settings. Two, you're using locked formations, which overrides everything and turns on guardmode, and will turn it on if you turn it off.
