WebLismore is served by two ferries; a small car ferry from Oban and and an even smaller passenger only ferry from Port Appin. If you really want to get from one end of Lismore to the other in one day, then you might want to take a car across, but we prefer to take the Port Appin ferry and then hire bikes on Lismore.
