Web25 de feb. de 2008 · Nystatin is an antifungal medicine. My son has had it perscribed twice. He gets a horrible diaper rash; small red bumps along the diaper line primarily. He gets this rash every time he is on antibotics. It actually is a yeast infection and the Nystatin works great to clear it up. Nystatin shouldn't cause the rash?
