Web4 jul. 2016 · That VCORE seems to low even for stock it's little better 20% on default bios settings 40fps on altis, but on default vcore is 1.312v on asus maximus 8 ranger, i've read somewhere that thay set it higher vcore for just in case so i lowered my vcore to 1.270v....and how about core vid it always shows readings around 1.320v on load Web5 dec. 2024 · So I finally got my i7 8700K which ran at 100 degrees celcius (because of ASUS Multicore Enhancement) at first finally working at around 70-80 degrees while under heavy load in Aida64. Although that still looks like a high temperature to me. Also the voltage's, Vcore's seem a bit high to me.

Web12 nov. 2015 · I've tryed to manually adjust the Vcore in the BIOS: with a 1.28 V system is totally stable (even 30 min of OCCT stress test with full 100% load on all cores went ok). So it seems that the cpu can manage without problems lower voltages.
