The beings that find themselves there are subject to torture with fire and ice and numerous other sufferings. Negative karma associated to hatred, will lead to rebirth in Samsara hell. WebAccording to the Buddha heaven and hell are not places which one is consigned to after death but attitudes of mind which can be experienced here and now. Simply put, be happy and you are in heaven, be upset and you are in hell. Of course it is not just as simple as that, so let us ask ourselves what is meant by heaven and hell.
