WebI don't believe the mod to disable achievements works anymore. However, Norbytes Script Extender does work, and it re-enables achievements both with mods and gift bags.
WebI was using that old achievement enabler when I noticed it wasn't working anymore. I uninstalled and decided to use Norbyte's Script Extender. The game launches just fine and everything runs as it should, but achievements are still disabled.
