WebJan 5, 2015 · The "extra" empty rows are being used by the worksheet. The button in the vertical scroll bar is too high for the number of rows actually in use. If the sheet wasn't using the rows, the button in the scroll bar would be at the bottom when you scrolled to the bottom of the active rows in the worksheet.
