WebAug 19, 2015 · You absolutely do not want to make a regular parent relation in FBX for meshes deformed by an armature. This does not work at all (tested with at least Unity and UE4). Please be more specific (“third party apps” does not mean anything), and please attach here the fbx file exported from that .blend as well.
